Fall Class Schedule [10-03-11]

Alicia Gardner
|
Alicia Gardner offers a vigorous but fun
and light-hearted approach to her classes.
Students of all experience
levels are encouraged to explore their own physical, mental, or
spiritual edge in a supportive environment. As a hands on teacher,
you won't see Alicia practicing on her own mat while she teaches
because her focus is on ensuring you get the best possible experience
in your body and on your mat.
She became a teacher after a date to a
yoga class and fell in love with the Baptiste style of yoga. Alicia knew
from that moment on yoga would always be a part of her life. She
has recieved her Level I Baptiste Power Vinyasa Certification studying
under the Baron Baptiste Method. She is always seeking out yoga
practices with new and experienced teachers. Her practice infuses
many styles of yoga and creates a balanced blend. She continues
to study and hopes to go for her Level II Baptiste Power Vinyasa
Certification in 2011.
